I broke down in their parking lot on Christmas Eve. They were closed and trying to enjoy their holiday party. They still came out, fixed me up and gave me a place to scrub off the grease. Didn’t ask for a thing in return. Great guys! Thank you Gary and Matt! I’ll be in next week to get a permanent fix!

I have been using Jake’s Automotive for the past few years after recommendations from family and friends and have never been disappointed. Recently I had a taillight issue and Jake’s scheduled me within hours of my call for a same-day appointment. During the repair, Jason the mechanic assigned to my vehicle, assessed the problem and correctly stated it was a factory defect that he could fix but it was something that should not require a special fix and the problem was subsequently resolved quickly. Jake’s was fast, courteous and professional from start to finish again and I will continue to use them for all vehicle repairs and maintenance.
